PEGASUS Hypervisor Evaluation Package Terms and Conditions

The evaluation package will only be provided to applicants who agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant must provide the official name of their company, university, or research institution.

    Applications containing false information, blank fields, or information that cannot be verified may be rejected.

  • The applicant must use an official email address issued by their organization.

    Applications submitted using personal email addresses such as Gmail, Naver, Daum, Yahoo, or similar services may not be approved.

  • If the applicant has a valid reason why a corporate domain email address cannot be used, the application may be approved through a separate review process.

Terms of Use

  • The evaluation software and related documents may not be provided, distributed, transferred, or disclosed to any third party.
  • The evaluation software may be used solely for evaluation and research purposes and may not be used for production products, commercial services, or any commercial or sales-related activities.
  • All intellectual property rights related to the evaluation software remain the exclusive property of Perseus.
  • The user shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, analyze the source code, or create derivative works based on the evaluation software.
  • The user shall not disclose any performance measurements, benchmark results, or technical materials generated using the evaluation software without prior written approval from Perseus.
  • Perseus shall not be liable for any system failures, data loss, hardware damage, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the evaluation software. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the evaluation software.
  • Perseus reserves the right to review the purpose of the application, the applicant’s organization, and the intended use case, and to make the final decision regarding whether the evaluation package will be provided.
  • Perseus reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the evaluation package or revoke the user's access rights at any time without prior notice.
